That made her mad

Crawford County 2nd by a whisker

She couldn't have run any better without winning.

Work outs today

Xela, a half in 47, in hand, no stick, no company, easy as pie.

And we got

Crawford County, five-eighths in 59.4, out in 1:12.1 . She wanted more.

Cohen and Fire Chief went together, in hand, a half in a nice 48.4.

Two year old Jacqueline continues to please us. She's training well. And we like what Nuclear Meltdown is showing us.

We've got some video we hope to share with you soon.

Crawford County

Here she is, just this morning.

Still waiting on her two win pictures.
You can see her pedigree HERE. Nice filly. She made $44,300 in July for owners B & S Stables, Mark Toothacre, and Doug Robertson.

Crawford County OWNS July

Xela ran a huge third to Dominion (winner of the 2007 Grade 1 Bluegrass stakes, and runner in the 2007 Kentucky Derby) up at Presque Isle Downs, but the month of July belongs to "Cindy Crawford" (Crawford County).

Presque Isle is being slow to share the win photos, but this little filly showed what she's made of.

In her first start for us, she broke her maiden, in a $35.000 Maiden Special Weight going 5 1/2 furlongs. (click on the charts to enlarge, and use your back button to come back)

Then she came back on the 31st, and ran a mile in an Allowance race for fillies and mares, three years old and up, with a $38.000 purse. (click to enlarge)

She didn't even look back!

Here's her lifetime past performances, so far (click to enlarge) -

She's resting on her laurels and getting ready for her next start.

We'll post her win photos as soon as we get them.
