What a year it's been!
While operating in these tough economic times, Jake Secor Racing Stables would like to extend sincere thanks to our dedicated supporters! With the new year just a few weeks away, we are looking forward to a strong start in 2011 for all of our customers and their horses.
Here is an excerpt of a letter from one of our clients -
Jack Trovato- 101st airbourne (Easy company) and Jake
"As a businessman, first let me say that my knowledge of horses has been in the winter of my life. But my observation of human beings started some 80 years ago. I had to trust them with my life as a Paratrooper in WWII.
After the war I continued taking risks as a businessman establishing a company employing 300 men. Horse racing is not for the light hearted.
I first met Jake some 5 years ago. I was aware of his excellent record as a trainer. I soon discovered he is a wonderful human being. I am old enough to be his grandfather and look at him as such. His record as a trainer is well documented and it is needless to elaborate here, except to say that he has increased my financial well being. I have found Jake to be a leader in his own right. He has shown me creativity, vision, courage and integrity together with a real compassionate heart. I welcome him to the exclusive individual group I served with - The Band of Brothers."
- Jack Trovato
So with those positive words, we here at Jake Secor Racing Stables look forward to assisting you in the pursuit of your dream of owning a winning race horse. If you have any questions about purchasing, training or other racing related areas that are of interest - we look forward to hearing from you!
